Who We Are

Truelove's Tech Solutions is a small IT consulting firm based in Murrayville, Georgia. We focus on one thing: making sure small and mid-sized businesses have networks that actually work, and that they understand what they have.

Most of our clients are organizations that have been getting by on whatever the previous owner or a well-meaning employee set up years ago. They know something isn't right, but they've never had anyone explain it to them clearly, or the quotes they've gotten have been out of reach.

That's the gap we fill.

Steve has spent 20+ years in IT, including enterprise network infrastructure and operational technology environments where uptime isn't optional and security gaps have real consequences. That background means he approaches every small business network the same way large organizations do: with discipline, documentation, and a clear head about what the actual risks are.

He's also the owner of Truelove's Laser Worx, a small manufacturing business in the area, which means he understands what it's like to run a business where IT is a tool, not the job. He's not going to recommend solutions you don't need.

How We Work

Our Approach

We don't sell hardware. We don't have vendor relationships that pay us to push one brand over another. We charge for our time and expertise. Our job is to give you an honest picture of your network and help you decide what to do about it.

Most clients start with a one-time assessment. A lot of them turn into ongoing monitoring relationships, because once you know what you have, it's hard to go back to not knowing.
